When I began riding 300 miles for make a wish Michigan I was so worried about choosing the right bike shorts, that is why I am writing this review. I am 5ft 3 inches and 135 pounds and chose a medium. At first I thought they would be too loose around the waist because the back was a little looser, but they fit perfectly! I used these on the first day and my other Terry shorts on the second day and never had any seat pain. The only thing I wish they had was a broader waist band which would feel more supportive. But the most important thing to me was not feeling pain on my sit bones and they accomplished that to the fullest!! Thanks, Terry, for thinking about woman's anatomy!!
