Great addition to the bike. Works perfectly so far.I need a bigger bike bag. This is a very good bag. The size is great for what I needed. I wanted to carry bike tools and inner tube and car keys. More then enough room.After doing a lot of shopping (and a little Amazon returning) I finally found one large enough to hold my food, a case of beer and a 52" Japanese katana without coming close to rubbing my rear tire (not a euphemism). It also has a zippered extension that expands the main bag. It's perfect!I bought the XL version bag; that only lasted 3 months / 500 miles of riding, The top strap on both sides of the bag is unraveling. I purchased the large bag for the extra storage as needed. I only used the bag for a spare tube and small pocket size biking tool sent. The quality of the bag is poor, and the customer service is a match.I contacted customer service by email, and they replied with statement that a company representee would be contacting me shortly. After one week later and no reply / response, I contacted them again by email and once again I got a replied email of apologizing for the delay, and someone would be reaching out to me concerning the matter. It is now 3 weeks and there still has been no reply to this matter. The company / product is not worth the trouble, stay away.Would have helped to have Red slide in rear reflector included since mine is now covered by this Saddle Bag purchase.I bought the large version; might have been a mistake. I have a Brooks saddle with rear springs. There's no way to hang the bag from the saddle and anchor it to the seat post without bunching up the bag. It would probably fit fine on a non-sprung saddle. The smaller size might fit my seat, but am not willing to chance it.Generally, the bag construction is OK, but the back strap is too floppy to hold my tail light without its drooping. The top strap is attached with two simple stitch lines which are already unraveling without my putting a mile on the bag.Pass on this one.It was just what I wanted/needed. Fits nicely under the seat, holds all my bike tools and some extra items. Not a real big bag but it's suites for what I needed it for. Would recommend.this pouch works great could be a little larger, but I was able to get my wallet and pocket contents in without much issue. it is very well made and easy to install.
