I have nothing negative to write about these foot pegs. I love the way they bring out the look ok my bike.The mounts do not fit the Harley Davidson chopped engine guards that come on a few touring models from harley. Mine is a 2021 Road Glide Special. The tapered bolt is not long enough. Eventually the cheap metal the tapered mount bolt goes into stripped out trying to get it to work.did not fit my application did not use themJUNK. I bought these because they looked beautiful. I needed pegs and already had a set of ho hum brackets. I tried to use these and the pot metal hinge broke while tightening. I have since learned to use folded sandpaper to keep them from slipping. These broke way too easy.I wish I could have used them they really do look good.I have used the pegs with another set of clamps that are not beautiful, but stay put. Hopefully my advice is helpful.While installing the bracket , the hinge side broke. I will be sending them back.Poor chrome finish. Poor fitting parts. Cheap manufacturing.Great look and good for long rides to kick back and relax
