Great bike. My daughter finally learned to pedal on this bike but it was a little harder to assemble than I originally thought it would be.No findersSit was ripped and popped tireThe paper instruction is kind of confusing, the pictures not very helpful, so I relied on their video instead. Plus, there are some videos on YouTube that would show you how to fix or adjust the chains, and the brakes.After I finished putting it together, I realized it wasn’t that hard if the instruction was a bit clearer.The bike is cute, sturdy, the training whees are strong , and not wobbly like some others I have seen.I would buy it again.Beware Like New condition from Amazon Warehouse. It has a clear outline of what the criteria is to meet that designation. I received this with the box damaged as was stated on the description. It was obviously a return that wasn't looked over at all. It has noticeable damage to both the front tire and the brakes. It was missing a neccessary nut for the training wheels. It was shipped without all of the original protection in the damaged box. It obviously was not protected for transit. I'm adept enough with bikes I was able to fix the brakes, (pads were upside down, brakes were obviously over tightened at some point damaging a washer yet arrived loosened to the point of being completely useless) and I had an older bike to salvage from until replacement parts can be had. I did receive the bike at a lower price than a new item. I do feel like this bikes condition was misrepresented. I am displeased with the deception and extra work require for a "like new" item instead of a just generally used and abused bike.Biggest issue is the handbrake doesn’t work well. It’s not responsive enough for a kid.I think this bike is great for the money, my daughter loves it, she is 3.5, she got a 14 inch, she’s about 37 inches tall and weighs 32lbs.When we first got it we had some trouble keeping the wheels inflated, contacted joystar and they sent new balloons (can’t remember what they’re called specifically) for the wheels, my husband installed them and we were off and running. They’d stay inflated for a short time so Christmas morning worked out but by the next day we had to reinflate them so I’m glad I had bought a pump at the same time I bought the bike. All in all I’d recommend this bike, I think the bike is great, the colors are great and it’s sturdy and not too heavy for my daughter. This is her first bike so she learned on this one.My daughter was so excited for her bike specially for the basket when I open the package and got everything out I found the basket broken from the bottom part I’m so disappointed I hope I can get a replacement of the basketGood little bike for a step up from a toddlers one easy to put together has peddle brake and a hand brake grand daughter was very happy with itVery well made bike!
